Reconditioned Equipment
Reconditioning is an art at ISS. We have rebuilt hundreds of laboratory systems for satisfied customers all over Europe. Many of our customers have asked us how we recondition an instrument. Each piece is different and requires unique parts and care. We take pride in every piece of equipment we ship from ISS. Ask your sales representative for more details on the reconditioning process applicable to your equipment.
Systems Integration
ISS puts together complete systems for laboratories all over Europe. We have a staff of experienced chemists and chromatographers who have a wealth of experience in numerous industries. Our sales representative will gladly work with you to configure the best system for your application and your budget.
Rental Lease Options
Flexible rental or lease plans are available which allow your company to obtain the equipment you need today. Select the financing option that is best for your company. Conserve your capital by renting or leasing reconditioned equipment from ISS.
Trade-in Program
Don't throw away your old laboratory equipment. Trade it for something your laboratory needs. Use your old equipment as trade-in credit for new or reconditioned computers, printers, analytical instruments or even parts and supplies. Before you purchase that new piece of equipment, call your ISS representative for the trade-in value of your old equipment. We can work with the manufacturer to arrange a trade in credit that could save you thousands of pounds.
Service & Repair Options
Preventative Maintenance (PM) customized on-site service cover, your laboratory's equipment is serviced/repaired at a fixed cost per month or per year. Tell us the type of service you need and we will meet your requirements at a competitive price.
Parts-Only Service (PO) provides you with the parts you need to repair your instrument plus phone support when you are installing the parts.
Emergency Service (ES) for 48 hour on-site response to your problem instrument. Loan instruments are available if required.
Workshop Service (WS) is the cheapest option, just send your equipment to our workshop/laboratory for expert service.
Performance Qualification
ISS provides instrument performance qualification ( PQ ) that meet manufacturers' specifications. We utilize only UKAS/NIST traceable standards in providing these services. Full documentation is provided for any auditing purposes. Minor adjustments or calibrations needed to meet specifications can be included. We would normally recommend a preventative maintenance PM visit just prior to the PQ process.
PQ tests performed :-
- UV Detectors : absorbance linearity and wavelength accuracy
- HPLC Pumps : flow rate accuracy and precision (gradient formation of solvents ABC&D is optional)
- HPLC Autosamplers : reproducibility, linearity and carry over
- Data Acquisition Systems ( integrators) : accuracy and linearity
- Column Ovens : temperature accuracy and stability
